Melbourne Team – NDIS & SAH Clients:

• Limited availability for Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) across metropolitan Melbourne for participants aged 3–65 who require an urgent report for plan reviews.

• Limited weekend availability for Occupational Therapy, including both Saturdays and Sundays, at locations within approximately 30 minutes of Melbourne CBD. Other locations may be available upon request.

• Immediate capacity for Physiotherapy in inner eastern Melbourne and surrounding areas on Fridays only.

Sydney Team – Paediatric Participants (0–18) Only:

• Limited availability for Occupational Therapy on Friday afternoons. Sessions can be conducted in educational or home settings upon request.

• Limited availability for Occupational Therapy on Saturdays after 4:30 pm.

No gap fees or surcharges apply. We welcome self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept NDIA-managed participants.
